Jinja Uganda: Press Conference

Will convene journalists from different media outlets to discuss matters of climate conservation and the ongoing #StopEACOP campaign and other environmental concerns. A press release will be sent out to different editors and media house as well as an invitation to the the press conference for the major mainstream and digital outlets in the country. At this press conference will have different activists to address the media about the campaigns in the country

Part of a four day event to celebrate the efforts of the conservation movement in the region and to advocate for community and institutional commitment towards preserving the environment. The festival will feature multiple activities starting on Sunday May 22nd and concludeding with a Laudato Si Mass and a tree planting event on Wednesday May 25th .
