Effective Waste management sure journey to ¨Zero Waste¨

As trash accumulates in the hospital compound, it damages and /or wastes a lot of resources and the beauty of nature is lost. This adds to land, air and groundwater pollution and outbreak of communicable diseases that are otherwise preventable. In these recent years, the amount of waste that health facilities generate on daily basis has been on the increase. Therefore, it is essential to address current and future waste trends to prevent environmental damage and social problems.
thus motivated by this we decided to be collecting trash around the hospital compound daily as our permanent way to express our concern to the environment as we strive to diminish negative impact on climate change.
