Laudato Si’Festival – Music event and talkshow from Assisi, on eco-spirituality

Musical event focusing on eco-spirituality and art to take place from the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi in Assisi, Italy.

Speakers will be Friar Marco Moroni (Custodian of the Sacro Convento), Antonio Caschetto (Italian programs coordinator of the Laudato Si’ Movement), Alessandro Pucci (Laudato Si’ Animator), Sister Susan Morrisset (Franciscan Sisters of the Atonement order), Bishop Domenico Sorrentino (Bishop of Assisi) and Friar Giulio Cesareo (Sacro Convento Assisi communications director), and in connection from New York Christina Leaño (associate director of the Laudato Si’ Movement).

The featured artists will be Laudato Si’ Animators Luca Terrana, Mimmo Iervolino, Migueli and Matteo Manicardi who will perform live with songs composed by them and inspired by Laudato SI’. Conducted by Marco Mammoli, who will conclude with “L’Emmanuel,” the hymn of WYD 2000.
